getting error "To many Cards" when attempting to register card for pull print or scan to email/fax

How many cards do you already have registered. Depending on model, which you fail to include, there may be limitations to the number of users you can register to a device.

The reason i didnt include a model number is because it is happening on several different models of printers.

More details would really be helpful here. Are these HP enterprise or Pro products. Are you trying to use embedded authentication that ships on HP FutureSmart 5 products or third party software? If third party, I suggest that you contact the software vendor as that is likely where the problem is coming from.
