Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is not recognizing my computer under the scan option. I'm able to print from my computer and my printer is setup on the network connection. however, the printer is not showing my computer as a scan option. I tried restarting all the devices after unplugging and plugging everything back up. I tried to go through the hp smart and solution center, but they are not able to find the printer or any issues with the printer once I get the printer connected to the programs. I'm trying to re download the printer drivers however the hp website do not have the drivers to re download on their website and is totally no help.
