I am unable to scan from my HP Photosmart 7520 to my HP computer. i recently bought a new computer with windows 11 and havnt been able to scan since.

I see that you are facing scanning issues with your printer.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to troubleshoot and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Also, update the printer firmware by clicking on this link.
