suite à un changement de cartouche HP 950 XL sur mon imprimante HP 8620, je viens de recevoir le message suivant une ou plusieurs cartouches semblent endommagées retirez-les et remplacez-les par des neuves, je ne comprends pas car je n’achète que des HP authentiques (suite au message je viens de remplacer une 3ème fois la HP950 xl (j’ai déjà éteint et rallumé puis nettoyez les cartouches ainsi que la tête d’impression) et toujours le même Message.

Hello

following a change of HP 950 XL cartridge on my HP 8620 printer, I just got the following message one or more cartridges seem damaged remove them and replace them with new ones, I don't understand because I only buy authentic HP (following the message I just replaced a 3rd time the HP950 xl (I have already turned off and on again then clean the cartridges as well as the print head) and still the same Message.
