Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

hello 

I upgraded my internet and not I am unable to scan or fax,  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software, I did try to pay for live support but the page states unavailable. I Went from 300 mb to 1gb for internet. I am not sure if I should reset the printer and start over. Seems like 1 big mess.

I have an HP officeJet PRo 9015E. any suggestions
