Product: hp all in one L7680 printer

I want to dispose of my L7680 printer.  I has no ink so the screen keeps showing low ink warning.  I can't get anything to show up on the screen and I have no more ink.

 

How to I do a factory reset to clear any memory?

Does my printer keep copies of any documents or only address or fax numbers?

Hi,

The printer does not store any data, only the fax settings and address book are stored, among a log of the 30 last fax jobs (just the timing and status, not any actual fax data)
