Ever since I started to use my fax/printer/copier, when the phone rings the fax picks it up and prints out a missed fax page. I want to stop this. How do I do it?

Hi,

Click on Fax and then Setup, then select Reports.

You may set a Fax Confirmation report for Fax send only, as well make sure ethe Fax Error Report is set to Off and then check for any difference.

If the report remains, can you see any specific header on the printed report?
