Dear Sir/Ma'am,

With reference to the stated model of HP laserjet printer, I am facing problems with scanning and copying.

Every time i try to scan or copy any document, the ADB starts working automatically. Even if i have a single page to scan/copy the ADB doesnot stop and continues working. Even if i place some document on the flatbed to scan/copy and place the command, the ADB starts working. The flatbed doesnot work on its own even if document has been placed on it. On the other hand ADB starts, and even if I have a single paper to scan/copy, the ADB doesnot stop. Eventually giving an error of " Document Misfeed".

Kindly help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Thanks & Regards

Siddhartha Samadarshi
