I'm unable to use the ADF to scan.  My printer is networked with a static IP and is functioning properly (TCPIP printint, NOT WSD).  I have the current firmware installed.  I have the current printer drivers.  Diagnostics is unsuccessful.  This is a relatively new printer.  It MUST work!  There seems to be plenty wrong with your drivers.

Are you getting any error message while scanning?

are you able to scan from the glass bed?

I was able to resolve this problem.  I'm not sure what caused the ADF to not scan but the feeder is working now through both Windows Fax and Scan and the HP Scan software.  I did reinstall the printer using TCPIP which is always best practices.  WSD is never reliable.  Thanks for responding!
