I am following this thread and wish I had known there would be a problem before I uploaded Catalina to my MacBook. I cannot scan and it just says preparing Scan with nothing further. I read the comments on this thread and nothing seems to work. Any ideas when this might get resolved. How frustrating and ridiculous.

Yesterday, I took to Twitter and told HP and Apple about the problem. They both asked me to get back to them and I have done so, via Twitter. If anything comes of it, I will post their suggestions (if successful), on here. It’s just disgraceful that HP haven’t got this sorted.
