Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After updating my gmail password I can no longer scan to email. I keep getting the same "incorrect credentials". 

 

Please help!

You have to update your Gmail password on your printer too. Please try

 

  1. On the printer click on the wireless radio icon that looks like a radio tower to display the printer's IP Address.
  2. Enter the IP Address in your browser's address bar.
  3. Click on the Scan option.
  4. Select Scan to Email.
  5. On this page you can change the password for the service.

I did this already and that is when I get the incorrect credentials even though the credentials work on gmail itself.
