Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Product copies and scans then using the automatic document feeder with streaks in the same place every time. Scanning and coping on the glass does not streak.

Might be a tiny, tiny speck of dirt or debris on the ADF bar or along the edge.

 

Use a flashlight (torch in the UK); shine the light at an angle along the glass.

Clean, clean, clean.

Use a tiny brush to sweep all along the edges of the glass.
