CAN'T SCAN USING HP SMART

HP Recommended
HP OFFICE JET PRO 9025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

WHEN IN THE HP SMART APP I SELECT MY PRINTER AND NORMALLY I JUST HIT SCAN FROM THE HOMESCREEN AND IT GOES TO THE SCREEN WHERE I HIT CAN TO SCAN FROM MY PRINTER. AS OF LAST WEEK I HIT SCAN FROM THE HOMESCREEN AND IT SAYS "LOADING HO CLOUD SERVICES" AND THEN GOES RIGHT BACK TO THE HOME SCREEN. WHY IS IT DOING THIS AND HOW DO I FIX IT?
