I have my Dell laptop set up to communicate with my HP OfficeJet 5255 via my home WIFI.  My wife's Dell is set up on the same network.  Her laptop recognizes the printer as a device and it shows up in her HP Smart app.  However, when we try order a scan from her computer,  we receive a message that says our printer can't scan.  What can I do?"
