Product: Officejet 250
Operating System: Chrome OS

Need to scan to Google Drive from Officejet 250, but cannot due to Web Services error.

 

Officejet 250 Firmware and printer apps updated yesterday.

Rebooted router, Officejet 250, and the Chromebook being used to connect after updating.

I accessed the Officejet's  Embedded Web Server, and everything (settings) appear to be fine.

Google accounts have been registered/authorized to use the machine.--I tried 2 separate Gmail accounts as part of troubleshooting.

I re-checked security settings on Google account, and full permissions have been granted to the application eStorage (Google Drive) by HP

The weirdest part: on both Gmail accounts, the command to ACCESS and PRINT files that already existed on Google drives worked flawlessly. For example, I easily printed a photo that I had scanned to my Google account in December 2019.

 

So I'm able to open and print files FROM the Google Drive, but cannot scan and save files TO the Google Drive. "Web Services" error appears when I attempt to scan and save. Will appreciate any insights. Thank you!

I understand that you are unable to scan to Google Drive with hp Officejet 250.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
