We recently migrated from IMAP to Office365 email platform and can no longer scan to email from the HP MFP device. I am receiving the error message that the user name and password are incorrect. I verified the password and even changed the password and am still getting this error message. I updated firmware and printer drivers and still cannot scan to email. These are newer printers, and this problem only began when I changed to office365 smtp outgoing server settings. I’ve tried using different ports and that hasnt worked either.
