I tried several times, but the "good" doctor didn't detect anything wrong.I had to uninstall the drivers and software, then reinstall everything and it works again. My sister who also has an HP printer has the exact same problem. In both cases, the problem comes just after upgrading the HP Smart software. So that's what caused this incident. But how to get by without uninstalling everything? This is not serious on HP's part.
