Hi. If the print is coming out completly black , you should try cleaning the contact points of the cartride and the printer. Check with a genuine Cartridge and not a Refilled one. Ensure you are using Genuine Cartridge. If it is still not working you can contact HP Tech Support.

You mean the content is printed but in black color or no image it is black color on complete paper?

 

Print a test page from coumputer (if connected) and check if that comes fine. If print comes okay, Try making a scan from computer. If print has the same issue, you need to check for print quality issue using below document.
