Correzione scansione

HP Recommended
HP DeskJet 2130 All-in-One Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Quando apro HP Print and Scan Doctor e chiedo  "Correzione scansione"  appare il messaggio  "Errore HP Scan"  e il tasto

HP Scan è rosso con X

Nonostante questo segnale di errore la mia stampante scansiona regolarmente documenti e immagini.

Mi viene consigliato di reinstallare il software del prodotto HP (140 MB) cosa che ho fatto più volte con successo.

Come si può eliminare questo segnale di errore HP Scan,  da HP Print and Scan Doctor ?
