I have a 24" plotter scanner.  When I want to scan a 24x36" sheet in it, I cannot find, in any of the options, a way to have it scan the full sheet.  There is a Mark on the feed for D size (Arch D is perfect) but no way to select it in the scanner interface.  All of the options are either too small, and if too large, not an option to be selected (i.e. - C1 at 25.5"x36.1" is not an option to be selected.)   When I use the smaller one, it cuts off part of the image.  I'm pretty frustrated and have tried updating the print driver, searching the instructions and calling in for tech support - 55 minutes, 4 different transfer and then they hung up on me with no answer.  I can't tell if the product is not as advertised or if it's a user problem.  I'd love some help on this if anyone has gone through this or knows of a good work-around or something simple that I missed.  I bought this plotter/scanner partly to save time splicing scans together, and now I'm sadly back to digital splicing.
