We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I didn't see it either.  Downloaded the Windows 10 drivers and lost all ability to connect my 8600 no matter what I tried.  It kept passing all tests and showing connection, but it wouldn't work.  So went back to the CD and reinstalled the drivers that came with the printer (for Win 7/8) and got connectivity back and the Printer Assistant showed up!  But then the problem is I can't get digital fax to set up.  It keeps bombing on the last screen where it does the test and says it can't connect to the server and to go back and change the server name and address.  Can't figure this out!  Network settings are fine - I can print wirelessly from my computer.  The wizard doesn't even ask for the server name and address, so I'm not sure what it wants me to "fix"!

Sure wish we could get a little help with this. It seems like there was an intention to make it work and it's only logical that it should but no support seems like a dead end.
