It only allows me to scan using the flat bed and it will scan to email. When I try to use the feeder, it goes through all the pages but then just sends a blank email with no document when I am trying to scan multiple pages to an email.

File size limitation may be dependable on the email that you are using e.g. some email only allows a maximum of 5MB attachments. There isn't an actual page limit. It is really a file size limit. This is like attachment size limits with emails. In general, 10MB is considered safe for the maximum size of an email. If you have a large document or there are a lot of pictures, it may be best to scan to the computer first. You will have the ability to reduce the quality (file size) or to use a third-party program to compress or Zip the file. Then you can send the document via email.

I tried resetting the computer as that would seem like it could be an optional solution. It did not work and here is the screenshot of the email I am receiving after it spends 5 minutes scanning.

Hi @Stephenseitz411,

Could you try making a copy using the automatic document feeder and tell me if it works?

Keep me posted!

So I just made a scan with one page and it showed up in my email and was attached. Is it possible it has a limit on number of pages it can scan? I think I was trying to scan about 13-16?

So it looks like 8 single pages are the scan limit. I may just scan it to email several different times and then I have an app on my phone that I can merge different scans together in. That may be the best case scenario.

Thank you!

That sounds like a viable option, I am glad we could figure things out.
