Hi Everyone, I have an HP Scanjet Enterprise Flow 7000 s2 and I am using the software HP Smart Document Scan Software 3.7.1 In the software you are able to get each document you scan counted so that when you save the file has a unique number in the file name. After recently upgrading my PC from Win 7 to a Win 10 PC and reinstalling all the latest drivers and software, I cannot get the software to save the files with this number counting. It worked before, just not now. Has anyone got any ideas on this or have the same issue? Appreciate any help please?
