Solved!

Does not scan

HP PageWide Pro 477dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I just received your HP PageWide Pro 477dw printer, i finished setting it up and I'm having a problem with scanning to network folder.

When I click to scan, the printer does nothing and displays that 0 files have been sent.

And if I ask for a preview, it scans but the file is not sent during validation.

I also compare the settings with other printer and the settings are the same.

Do you have a solution?

Thanks, best

Well,

Thanks anyway for your help but I'll have to fend for myself because you don't intend to answer.

We take so-called professional devices thinking that we have good material, but as soon as we have a problem there is no one.

Thanks, best regards.
