Solved!

Does scanning come off my printing allowance when needed for an email attachment

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have just sent two scanned pages attached to an email & noticed that they had come off my printed page allowance.  As I don't actually print anything - then why?

HI @Sooki

Welcome to the HP Forums.

If you are referring to your Instant Ink plan, printing pages are counted not scans to file.

This document will offer some clarity to how pages are counted.

HP Instant Ink - Page Count Is Not the Same as Actual Pages Printed

Let me know if you have any other questions about the Instant Ink service.
