Product: OfficeJet Pro 6960
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased Officejet Pro 6960. In reviews this is described as"including duplex color printing, scanning and copying" .The printer I have does not duplex scan or copy. Has anyone else had this problem? If so how has it been resolved or not?

If you also want automatic duplexing for copying and scanning, you should buy a 6970 series printer.

Hi @4fat-Cats ,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community. Apologies for jumping in here.

 

@Andr-1611  is right, the HP OfficeJet Pro 6960 does not have a Duplex ADF Scanner (only Duplexer for Printing)

 

However, if you're scanning 2-sided documents, it can automatically sort out the pages for you if you are using the HP FULL featured software.

 

If you need to copy 2-sided document, this resource (example) will be useful.
