Envy4516 not recognized thru USB port any more

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been using my Envy 4516 for almost 4 years.  Then I had to unplug it from the wall and the usb to run some new cable.  Now I get the error message "the last USB device you connected to this computermalfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it".  My family can still print via wifi.

Are you able to connect other USB devices to the computer?

Have you tried using a different port?
