Hello printer is blocked. Blue display with C4EBA341 error. Already tried unplugging and plugging (and direct wall outlet). No results. Can't move the cartridge carrier so can't take cartridge out to try second tips I read in this forum. 

Before going on tilt, it was impossible to scan any document because the printer did not recognize any document in the tray. 

Can you help to fix the problem? Many thanks

Hello, 

 

Please try the below steps..

1>While the printer is ON, unplug the power cord from back of the printer and then Computer.

2>Power off the Wireless Router.

3>Wait for 60 seconds.

4>Now plug in the power cord to printer only.

5>Check for the error.  if error shows up go to Step# 8

6>Now Power on the Wireless router.

7>Check for the error. If error shows up, then contact your ISP and check for firmware update, set the channel to 11.

8>If issue still shows up, then contact HP for further Assistance ( it could be a printer hardware issue ).

Thank you. Unfortunately the problem was not solved. At step #5 the printer is showing again the error message. I will follow step #8 and try to contact HP for direct assistance.
