Microsoft Windows Server 2019

Hello,

my company recently upgraded from Exchange 2016 to 2019.

After upgrading i got the following error message in the configuration panel of Scan2Mail on my M276n.

In German: "Verbindung z. SMTP-Server nicht möglich. Versuchen Sie einen anderen Port. z. B. 25, 587, 465"
In English: " Cannot connect to the SMTP server. Try a different port. e.g. 25, 587, 465"

With Exchange 2016 it worked perfectly fine, migrated all mailboxes and receive connectors to Exchange 2019 and it stopped working. DNS is set up correctly on the printer, besides that it's also not working with the IP-adress of the Mailserver. Our Exchange is allowing internal mailflow like this without the need of a receive connector or authentification. Just to try, i created a relay connector and added the ip-adress of the printer but didn't solve the problem as well.

Also updated the printer firmware to 20190401.

So I'm guessing it's a problem with the Firmware or the printer itself which doesn't want to communicate with Exchange 2019 either way. Found another post in the forum with the exact same problem but zero replies. So I would be very pleased if somebody on the forum or HP could help me out with this problem. It's not the end of the world that it's not working fine, but it's a little setback for my productivity.

thx
