FAX is disabled. Printing & scanning both work fine by both wireless and the printer itself. Screen says the FAX has been disabled, contact the administrator. I'm the "administrator" (home office) but can't find anything that might explain how it became disabled or how to get it working again. Anyone have any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the fax issue.
Let's try these steps to restore the network settings to defaults -
1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Network Setup.
3. Touch Restore Network Settings.
A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored.
4. Touch Yes.
If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the steps to perform a semi-full reset on the printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
