ENVY 7645
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

The fax does not connect to the recipient! I upgraded my modem to run faster, not sure if that has anything to do with the problem. It just rings as if it should connect but never does. It`s connect to my Apple desktop. Printer, scanner etc works fine. On the ENVY 7645 I see on the screen Web Services Summary. It reads Email: Not Available, Status: Not Connected   Need help fast! Thanks

Are you using a dedicated line or a shared line?


Let us run a fax test on the printer 

On the printer, go to Fax > tools > run fax test

Check the test report for errors.
