We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I try to scan a 11x17 document on the flat bed I get a bunch for color streaks along the right edge - portrait orientation - and nothing but a white back ground shows for the actual scan area.  I have had to struggle with this many times.  I finally manage to get it working and then at some point it goes back to this same problem.  I have unplugged and let sit as suggested by HP, I have cleaned the scan area, I have tried to readjust my scan profiles.  Why won't it stay working once it does work correctly?

Does this happen from the Document Feeder too?
