This printer needs help when it comes to user interface. Much of the communication is illogical. Like when it runs out of ink. 1) It should communicate on the users workstation when printer is out of ink. Instead of just not printing. 2) the Color icon (i.e., cyan) is a little color on the printer screen. Who in the world can see that tiny thing. 3) It asks if you want to print in Black because the color is low, and you print OK on the printer many times it does not print...it feeds paper and prints some marks on the paper but not the image. 4) When you go to the work station to discover which ink is lo and you go to the printer settings. It shows a image chart of each color and that chart does not show any ink missing. 5) The message about low ink is crazy. Right below the graphic image showing all ink full, it says a) "Use black ink only?" why would it ask that question. There's really no place to say yes. And if all the ink shows full then what is that question for? b) The word "Cyan" shows up after that sentence and makes no sense. Why doesn't say "Your Cyan color is empty" if that's what they're trying to say c) next is says "ordering is easy" what that heck. How could it be easy when there's no button to buy. Plus why is there a ink promotional message on this control panel page. Everyone knows where to get ink so promoting on a control panel is not appropriate. d) It says "the cartridges listed above are out of ink" well it doesn't show that in the chart so what in the world. There's more... but enough for now. This printer is not very good. Can you upgrade the software after you developers try the product out themselves

I'm very dissatisfied with this printer. It needs help when it comes to software user interface. Much of the communication is illogical. Like when it runs out of ink. 1) It should communicate on the users workstation when printer is out of ink. Instead of just stopping printing and a tiny message

Hi,

There seems to be any communication problem between the Mac and the printer. if you will notice the estimated ink included in the video, it has been last updated on 2/28/20, 1:48pm, quite not recently.

Is the printer connected with a USB, wirelessly, or through the network?

You should be able to print by pressing OK on the printer for the moment, be aware that when any cartridge is fully empty, it must be replaced to resume printing with your printer model:
