HP Office Jet 8600 Pro with wireless router. Was working fine with old router. Installed new Netgear AC2300 router. Printer is shown on Netgear Network diagram. Ran Print and Scan Doctor 5.1. Print works fine and test page prints from computer (Doctor). Ran scan test and it makes printer go into scan mode. However it then states Scanner unreachable. The only test to fail was "Windows (WIA) Scan"

How does a stand alone copy works?
When you try to copy, does the scanner light moves inside?
