I have always some problems with my printer, but this lasts for a longer time.
Whenever I try to scan something, the scanner stops in the middle, and my computer device shows only the message to visit support.
Can you help me someone with this one?

Check the scanner bar functionality: partially lift the scanner lid, and then press the Copy button or icon. If the scanner light does not illuminate or move across the glass.
Perform a power reset
