I have a HP Deskjet 3050 and I've had it for several years. I replaced the tri-color HP61 cartridge and now I cannot get it to align. Therefore, I cannot copy or scan. This is the first time this has happened. I rechecked and followed all the protocols with no success. How can I fix the problem?
Thank you for responding. I have tried all those steps with no success. I am not able to perform an alignment, therefore, I cannot copy or scan. In order to print, I simply click the "do not align" when prompted, it will print. However, if I click "scan" when prompted, it tells me the system is busy. I have ran out of options except for taking it in to a service center.
