HP Deskjet 3050a-J11 Scanning

HP Deskjet 3050A-J11
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I scan a documment I can not save it to my computer.  The error message states:

 

"file not found"

 

The problem exists if I scan from my computer OR from printer's control panel.

 

I uninstalled the driver for the printer : DJ3050A_J11_1315-1.exe  rebooted my computer and then instaled the driver.

 

That did not solve the problem.  There is no connection issues with the LAN and I can print from my computer to the printer.  

 

SCAN does not work.  Why?

I downloaded. and ran the suggested utility.

 

 

IT DID NOT solve te issue.  I am not able to save the scan.  Error message is the same as it was previously.

Download and run HP Print and Scan Dr utility from link below to troubleshoot the issue.
