Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cannot Scan from my HP Envy 5660 Printer. Issue just started yesterday. Cannot connect to Web Services.

I have read through and attempted previously recommended solutions without success.

Not sure if I followed the steps correctly.

Thank you.

There is just not that much to Web Services - it may be down.  It does that sometimes.

We don't have any visibility into when / how / whether the HP servers and Web Services are working (or not).

The best you can do is to stop Web Services / wait a minute or ten / start Web Services.

Yes, you have likely already done this...

When the service starts working - you should be able to resume using Scan that depends on this service.

Open website:  HP Smart / HP Connected

Open category How to > Turning On Web Services  (Includes “Turn off Web Services” help)

Just ad the same issue... what is strange that I tried with three different laptops without success but by connecting through my smartphone (connected to the same home network) it works ! Hoe is possible?

I have a second question: by connecting to the printer through it's web address, when I go on the page "Web Services" I'm requested to put a User name and a PWD:, what are they?

Thanks
