I recently had to preset printer as my laptop had to be reset and the app downloaded again. Since then, from the printer screen, I scan with document on the glass and it used to ask me if I wanted to scan another page. Now it just sends the one page to my PC and does not ask. I have used the HP Printer and Scan Doctor to no avail.
I decided to unplug and turn off the printer for 30 seconds. When I started it again, I connected it again to the PC and then the scanner now works and asked me "do you want to print another page". Great it is working again!
