HP LaserJet Pro 200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP LaserJet Pro 200 that is connected to my network. I have uninstalled and re-installed the complete set of drivers several times. The computer sees the printer but not the scanner. Is there something that I am missing? I need to be able to scan documents every so often.

What is the exact model of the HP printer you are using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

 

For now, run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix scanning'.
