Sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Is the LED light glowing on the power module? Does the power light come on?

Yes the power light is on . Now what ?

You can try to plug the power cord into a wall outlet. Sometimes plugging it into a surge protector, it doesn't get full functionality. The printer has it's own built in surge protector. 

 

If this doesn't help, you may need to contact HP Support (1800-474-6836).

you can find a little blue envelope with a number next to it at the top right side of this page, right next to your username.

OK . So after the cold reset I now have the display lite and the three leds under it lite. The half circle the ! and the six dots .
