Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.  What's the exact printer model? Can't seem to find any HP OfficeJet Pro 2025 printer?

For scan, you would need to install the HP Smart app or HP FULL software solution.

 

These are some examples on how to download, install and scan:

 

Install HP Smart

Scan using ADF and Flatbad

Download and install HP FULL solution software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
