Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

When I try to scan, the paper I am trying to scan is engaged by the printer and appears to be read properly.   However, the print out is just a series of vertical mulicolor lines.  This happens regardless of whether I print from a Windows computer or a Mac computer.  I just changed the ink cartidges and that made no difference.   Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
