When scanning anything on the glass scanner, we get vertical lines through the whole document spaced about every inch. Attatched is a scan with just the lid being scanned and no document, but you can see the lines clearly. We use this to send forms to our corporate office every day and we need it fixed as soon as possible. Any help would be appreciated.

Greetings @TonyPellitteri

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are getting vertical lines while scanning any document on your printer.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

Do you get the lines when you make a copy on your printer as well?

Recommend you try the steps suggested in this HP Article.

If the issue persists even after trying the steps suggested in the article, please contact our phone support for the service options available for your printer.

Keep me posted.
