Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8730

We have just bought an the above computer and after installing it on our Network it does not give the option to save a scanned document as a PDF.  JPG is not a format that our customers will accept?

I hope you have installed the Full Featured Software for the printer. If not click  http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers  to download and install the full featured software.
