We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

In copy mode the copies are larger than the original so some of the original is cut off. I checked the size and it is at 100%. I tried fitting to the page and have the same result. I turned off - unplugged - started over  and same result. I reset to factory settings and same result.... This is not working for my business!

Hi,

Please open and close the front paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, if it shows an incorrect paper size or type, click No or Edit and ensure it matches the paper size and type loaded in the tray.

 

Next, click Copy > Copy Document and click the gear icon,

Scroll down and select the option to restore the copy settings, then confirm any prompt.

 

Now try copying and check for any difference.

Hi,

Please make sure the original is placed correctly on the Flatbed Glass, near the marked corner with the page top facing this mark.

 

Also, may your original is printed borderless (edge-to-edge)?

 

The copier cannot copy a full borderless page, you would need to select Resize > Fit to Page or to select a Full Page (91%) to copy a full edge-to-edge original with no margins.
