Scanning to email:

HP Photosmart 7520. Message keeps appearing: Server Connection Error. Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm Internet access try again.

The internet is on. I've run the Wireless network test and results are all good confirming connection and no problems. Have tried switching off and on again and re-entering network code and password but still wont work.

Have also tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor but doesn't resolve - says everything is OK.

Thanks.

Hello,

In order to palliate this issue, please update the firmware of printer from HP link below.
Windows:

macOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps7520new/PS_7520_R1830A.dmg

Hello and thanks for your return,

You have removed the Web services from the printer and then reactivated them afterwards, to make it work. So you did not reset the printer.

Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
