HP LJ Pro M428fdw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased the new HP LJ Pro M428FDW. I downloaded and installed both the full software solution and the basic software solution. I unable to use the HP Scan software that is installed to email as pdf or email as jpeg and have the HP Scan initiate the new email message with the file attached. I am able to use the save as pdf and save as jpeg options and then right click on the saved file Go to Send As-Mail recipient and the new message is created with the file attached. I am using Outlook 2019 on Dell All-in-one pcs with Windows 10 64 bit. This issue occurs on three different computers with two different printers. I contacted HP support and they wanted me to update printer drivers. I did finally convince the rep to escalate my issue but said it might be 2 days before I hear something. Anyone have any good ideals to try next?
