Sorry Windows 8.1 was the last supported OS.

There seems to be no product support from HP for older scanners in Windows 10.  The only suggestion is to buy a new scanner.  I have always been faithful to HP.  So I will buy a new scanner......BUT........ it will not be an HP since they no longer care about supporting their prodcuts and loyal customers.

I feel it is absolutly rediulous to suggest or force a "Loyal-Happy customer" into another product because you refuse to support a perfectly working scanner!  I bought an HP Scanjet 4850 back in 2005 and it still works!!  Now unfortunately, I cannot use it due to the Manufacturer of all people?????????????    This is redicoulous!!  I feel like I should be refunded or given a new scanner to use!  I bet you they wont respond to this remark...
