Despite installing and removing and reinstalling the drivers and software I am still unable to scan to my computer wireless. Ongoing issues. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I use the HP support and it always has a different issue. Fixes it for a minute then it goes back to errors.

I'll be glad to assist you with the scanning issue.
Is the copy working fine?
Refer to this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6960-all-in-one-printer-series/8289579/model/1... for Resolving Copy Problems.
Enable scan to computer.
1. Click on the printer Icon (on your desktop) and it will bring up the HP Printer Assistant.
2. Under the Scan menu, there is a “Manage Scan to Computer”, click on that.
3. Make sure that you “Enable” Scan to Computer. Also make sure the tab “Automatically start Scan to Computer when I log on to Windows” is checked if you want to make this feature permanent.
Try to scan.
If the issue persists, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor to check connectivity
Download a special version of HP Print and Scan Doctor.
Download HP Print and Scan Doctor.
Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.
Once HP Print and Scan Doctor opens, click Start, and then select your printer.
If your printer is not in the list, turn it off and on and then click Retry.
If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in HP Print and Scan Doctor.
If a screen prompts you to turn on printer updates, click Yes.
If a screen prompts you to make your printer the default printer, click Yes.
If the issue persists, Delete the driver at the root level and Install the drivers, follow the steps below:

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab
9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10.) Select Ok
